Jože Novak from the Slovenian Institute for Quality (SIQ) will present the new European regulatory changes in 2025 in the field of increasing cybersecurity at the level of connected products. Participants will gain insight into the requirements of the new requirements for compliance of the Radio Equipment Directive (RED 2014/53/EU) and the added Article 3.3, and explore the core cybersecurity standards (ETSI EN 303 645 and EN 18031), which define the requirements for connected devices.
The lecture will be followed by a group discussion and socializing with snacks and drinks.
The lecture will be held in Slovene language and is open to the public. Anyone interested in technology and its development and use is welcome.
